01 Kickstart Strategy (1–2 Days Intensive)

We start with a deep-dive strategy session to map your business priorities, key influences and execution pathways. This intensive workshop is designed to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum—broken down into 90-day action plans so you can confidently move forward.

02 Weekly Progress & Accountability

A 25-minute team check-in keeps things on track. We review progress, solve roadblocks, and ensure execution stays focused. You’ll also receive a written progress report to maintain visibility.

03 Quarterly Strategic Review

Every 90 days, we take a 90-minute deep dive into progress, recalibrate priorities, and refine the next phase of execution. This ensures your strategy adapts with your business, and with emerging opportunities or information.

04 Ongoing Support

You don’t just get a strategy—you get a partner in execution. I provide email and messaging support Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, so you always have a sounding board when challenges arise.
